Dr Kamana Emmanuel is Senior Lecturer with PhD of engineering in Applied Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC-China) and Master degree of Chemical Engineering from Xiamen University (China). After his master’s degree in 2010, He worked in INES-Ruhengeri as Lecturer/Head of Department of Biotechnologies. His main focus is industrial applications related to separation processes and fuel cells using membrane technology. 

Kamana is author of more than 20 papers in SCI journals with good impact factor and citations (http://en.ruc.findplus.cn/search_list.html?h=search_list&query=AR:%22Emmanuel%2C%20Kamana%22). From this point of view, He has been awarded a Best Prize as Outstanding CAS-TWAS Presidential Fellow (2016) and Excellent International Foreign Student (2017) who demonstrated capabilities in doing research (Chemistry related fields) in USTC-China according to the Ministry of Education (China) (http://isa.ustc.edu.cn/xs/disp.asp?menu1=02&menu2=03&ucode=196).
