On this, 27th August 2021, INES-RUHENGERI MainHall hosted the launch and presentation of the book of Fr Dr Cassien MULINDAHABI, one of the Founders of INES-RUHENGERI, on the social doctrine of Catholic Church entitled “Pour une éthique de la Fraternité et de la solidarité. Retour aux sources: Plus, d’un siècle du Discours Social de l’Eglise”

Fr Dr Balthazar NTIVUGURUZWA, Rector Of ICK

Fr Dr Balthazar NTIVUGURUZWA, the Rector of the Catholic Institute of Kabgayi, who presented the book, underlined the importance and the urgency of dissemination and exploitation of the documents of the magisterium of the church which is still being the expert of humanity, mother and teacher of peoples.

From his PhD thesis and different publications to this book, the author confirmed his passion of the theological ethics, especially his practical way to look into things.

Mgr HAROLIMANA Vincent, Bishop of Ruhengeri Catholic Diocese, Legal Representative and Chancellor of INES-RUHENGERI who prefaced this book, welcomed it as one of the tools of its ministry vision. The Prelate emphasized on the fraternity and solidarity of the Church and called the audience to make visible these terms in their life. He also called INES-RUHENGERI to continue to be the center of excellence of knowledge and the light for people by offering a well complete and quality education.

At this opportunity, Fr Dr HAGENIMANA Fabien, the Vice Chancellor of INES-RUHENGERI confirmed that INES community of more than 3200 persons, is ready to maintain its vision of being a university which gives important place on values education.
