Mr. Flavien NIYIGENA is a Rwandan systems librarian at INES-Ruhengeri (Institute of Applied Sciences) with expertise in library systems and information management. He holds a Master’s degree in Internet of Things and Embedded Computing Systems from the University of Rwanda and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Science at Kabale University in Uganda. Since 2019, Mr. NIYIGENA has served as a systems librarian, enhancing library operations through digital solutions. Additionally, he contributes as a part-time Assistant Lecturer, teaching ICT courses and sharing his knowledge of technology and systems management.
