Bachelors of Science with Honors in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences

A prospective student to enroll in Bachelors of Science with Honors in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences should present the Advanced General Certificate of Secondary School Education with a minimum of 2 principal passes from (MCB, PCB and BCG) with A to C Grade in Biology and Chemistry.
Note:Applicants with foreign academic qualifications shall obtain an equivalence of their certificates with Rwandan system of education from the Rwanda Education Board (REB).

Bachelors of Science with Honors in Biotechnology

A prospective student to enroll in the first year in Bachelors of Science with Honors in Biotechnology must have successfully completed secondary school level at least 2 principal pass and having majored at least in the following cluster combinations:
· PCM: Physics - Chemistry – Mathematics;
· PCB: Physics - Chemistry – Biology;
· BCG: Biology – Chemistry - Geography;
· MPG: Mathematics - Physics – Geography
· MCB: Mathematics - Chemistry - Biology,
· Food Processing,
· MPB: Mathematics-Physics-Biology,
TVET Diploma in relevant related discipline can apply for this option.

Bachelors of Science with Honors inCivil Engineering

A prospective student to enroll in the first year in Bachelors of Science with Honors in Civil Engineering must have successfully completed secondary school level at least 2 principal pass and having majored at least in the following cluster combinations:
· PCM: Physics - Chemistry – Mathematics;
· MPG: Mathematics - Physics – Geography
· MPC: Mathematics – Physics - Computer Sciences
· PEM: Physics – Economics - Mathematics
· MEG: Mathematics – Economics - Geography
· MEC: Math - Economy - Computer,
· MCB: Mathematics - Chemistry - Biology,
· MPB: Mathematics-Physics-Biology,
The students successfully completed secondary school level with two principal passes in Construction or their equivalent may also be enrolled.
However, the candidates from above combinations who did not get the grade A or B in Mathematics or Physics, and all candidates from construction must undergo the Bridging courses of Mathematics and Physics, and must pass them before being registered.

A prospective student to enroll in the first year in Bachelor of Architecture Program must have successfully completed secondary school level at least 2 principal pass and having majored at least in the following cluster combinations:

· MPC: Mathematics – Physics - Computer Sciences,

A prospective student to enroll in the first year of Bachelors of Science with Honors in Water Engineering must have successfully completed secondary school level at least 2 principal pass and having majored at least in the following cluster combinations:
· PCM: Physics - Chemistry – Mathematics;
· MPG: Mathematics - Physics – Geography
· MPC: Mathematics – Physics - Computer Sciences
· PEM: Physics – Economics - Mathematics
· MEG: Mathematics – Economics - Geography
· MEC: Math – Economy - Computer,
· MCB: Mathematics - Chemistry - Biology,
· MPB: Mathematics-Physics-Biology,
The students successfully completed secondary school level with two principal passes in Construction or their equivalent may also be enrolled.

A prospective student to enroll in the first year in Bachelors of Arts with Honors in Public Administration and Good Governance must have successfully completed secondary school level at least 2 principal pass.
As Administration and Good Governance is cross cutting domain, whatever you have studies you can follow without difficulties if you are committed. But mainly, in secondary school one should have done: Social sciences, Human sciences, Economic sciences, Secretary and other related.

A prospective student to enroll in the first year in Bachelors of Education with Honors in French-English-Education must have successfully completed secondary school level at least 2 principal pass and having majored at least in the following cluster combinations:

· English-Kiswahili-Kinyarwanda
·  Literature-Kinyarwanda-Kiswahili
· TTC/Languages option
· Teaching Modern Languages

Bachelor of Laws

A prospective student to enroll in the first year Bachelor of Laws must have successfully completed secondary school level at least 2 principal pass.
To be admitted in the Bachelor of Laws, the applicant should have a secondary school certificate in any discipline.
