Mr.  DUSABIMANA Jean d’Amour  is a lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at INES-Ruhengeri. He holds a Master’s degree in Water and Environmental Engineering and is a highly skilled civil, water, and environmental engineer with a strong background in research and practical project experience. Since 2015, Mr. DUSABIMANA has contributed to academia as a lecturer and researcher, while also providing consultancy services for various development projects. His expertise includes project planning, management, and conducting hydrological and hydraulic studies, with a particular focus on water-related initiatives. Mr. DUSABIMANA is known for his dedication to advancing sustainable water and environmental solutions through both his teaching and research.
