Mr. RUGIRA FRATERNE has bachelor’s degree in computer application from Madurai Kamaraj University under American college Madurai, India (2011 – 2014) and holding master degree in Geoinformatics from Gandhigram rural Institute deemed University Dindigul, India (2014 – 2016).

He is currently assistant lecturer at INES-Ruhengeri in Land survey department handling modules of Geographical Information System (GIS), remote sensing, cartography, and photogrammetry GNSS. His current research interests are mainly in GIS and remote sensing projects and supervising undergraduate students’ research projects.
