After two years practicing as an advocate within the Judicial Defenders Association (Corps de Défenseurs Judiciaires), he transitioned to a leadership role as Director of Cabinet at INES-Ruhengeri. His expertise spans legal advisory, legal drafting, and administrative functions, where his attention to detail and confidentiality management stand out. Munyaneza has successfully handled significant commercial, civil, and labor cases, demonstrating a keen ability to apply the law to complex fact scenarios.   • Office Manager for the Rector/Vice Chancellor: Managing schedules, agendas, and taking minutes during meetings, ensuring smooth operations within the Rector’s office.
  • Institutional Adviser: Providing strategic advice to INES-Ruhengeri’s management on critical issues and helping formulate decisions and policies.
  • Meeting and Event Preparation: Supporting meetings by advising on agendas, preparing working documents, inviting participants, and ensuring follow-up on resolutions.
  • Project Coordinator of ANSWER (Advance Inclusion for Students with Disabilities in Higher Education in Rwanda): Leading INES’s participation in this EU Commission-funded project, organizing meetings and training to promote the rights of people with disabilities.
