PROFILE OF MUNYANEZA EUSTACHE
I. PERSONAL STATEMENT
Munyaneza Eustache is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in Philosophy and Theology, enriched by extensive experience as a lawyer, personal assistant, and legal advisor. After two years practicing as an advocate within the Judicial Defenders Association (Corps de Défenseurs Judiciaires), he transitioned to a leadership role as Director of Cabinet at INES-Ruhengeri. His expertise spans legal advisory, legal drafting, and administrative functions, where his attention to detail and confidentiality management stand out. Munyaneza has successfully handled significant commercial, civil, and labor cases, demonstrating a keen ability to apply the law to complex fact scenarios. In addition, he is an accomplished law lecturer, specializing in Constitutional Law and Family Law, and supervises student dissertations, especially in human rights and international law.

1. Director of Cabinet and Legal Advisor, INES-Ruhengeri (March 15, 2012 – Present)
- Legal Advisor: Contributing to the institution’s compliance with laws and regulations by drafting, reviewing, and managing policies, contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding (MoUs).
- Office Manager for the Rector/Vice Chancellor: Managing schedules, agendas, and taking minutes during meetings, ensuring smooth operations within the Rector’s office.
- Institutional Adviser: Providing strategic advice to INES-Ruhengeri’s management on critical issues and helping formulate decisions and policies.
- Meeting and Event Preparation: Supporting meetings by advising on agendas, preparing working documents, inviting participants, and ensuring follow-up on resolutions.
- Project Coordinator of ANSWER (Advance Inclusion for Students with Disabilities in Higher Education in Rwanda): Leading INES’s participation in this EU Commission-funded project, organizing meetings and training to promote the rights of people with disabilities.
2. Lecturer, Faculty of Law, INES-Ruhengeri (March 2012 – Present)
