Pontien NDUWAMUNGU is the Logistics Officer at INES-Ruhengeri. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Enterprises Management from INES-Ruhengeri and he is a Masters candidate in Small Enterprises Promotion and Training (SEPT) at the University of Leipzig in Germany.

In the past 7 years, he has supported the development of several MSMEs through the INES Business Incubation Center, where he served as Business Development Officer. He has helped students start their businesses, provided training, organized site visits, and mentored various external companies around INES.

He assisted in various activities related to the promotion of entrepreneurship education in Rwanda as well as establishing a hands-on collaboration with start-up companies. He was involved in coaching students to improve their employability and achieve a high level of performance in the world of work. In the HR office, he was able to identify and communicate with potential employees, assist with payroll, and develop targeted recruitment programs to recruit the best talent to meet all the hiring needs of the department. 

In his current position as Logistics Officer, he is willing to contribute to his best and learn from the experience.
